Writing a good MEMO or Letter in a contemporary format is an essential skill that one needs to distinguish them from the pack of competitors for a job or high level position. Writing letters does not have a format cut in stone that says this is the only way to write a letter.

Letters need to be tailored to the need to communicate to the intended reader. As with any media, there is always a way to bend the line on content. However, a good letter is one that gets to the point, "PRONTO." Media adsorption is only a split second all too often. Bottom line too many people do not have the time to read trite.
